• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees or charges.

4. Payment

• Fees: The cost of our service is $9 per appointment. This fee covers the consultation and issuance of a signed digital doctor’s note if deemed clinically appropriate.
• Payment Method: Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made via the payment methods available on our website. All payments are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.

5. Medical Consultations

• Qualifications: All consultations are conducted by qualified and verified healthcare providers.
• Note Issuance: A doctor’s note will only be issued if the healthcare provider deems it clinically appropriate based on your consultation. We cannot guarantee that a note will be issued in every case.
