Return to Work Doctors Note :-This slip usually states who the worker is, when they were examined, and that they have sufficiently healed to go back to work according to their physician.

The document may also include information about accommodation or restrictions maybe necessary for the employee’s earlier return — such as limited activity or hours. As the employer, this note provides you reassurance that this employee is safe to return to work in light of their physical health as well as the health of their occupation.
